Key Responsibilities
- Drive both stores to reach and exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Oversee budget control, implement sales-driving measures, conduct analysis, and take targeted actions to maximize store performance.
- Maintain and enhance CHIMI’s unique retail concept, from store ambiance and visual merchandising to team interaction, ensuring that each store embodies CHIMI’s distinct brand identity.
- In collaboration with the Head of Retail and marketing team, plan and execute creative brand activations and events within the stores. CHIMI sees its stores as more than just sales channels; they are vibrant brand spaces where customers are invited to experience the brand on a whole new level.
- Utilize these spaces to host events that inspire, engage, and deepen customer relationships, bringing CHIMI’s vision to life.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams for each store to ensure engaged and knowledgeable staff.
- Evaluate team performance through consistent feedback, individual development plans, and ongoing follow-up, fostering a positive, goal-oriented environment.
- Communicate business goals and brand values clearly to all team members, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives.
- Uphold the highest standards in creating a safe and engaging work environment, meeting all company guidelines and legal requirements.
About You
We are looking for an inspiring leader with experience managing store locations and a flair for creating memorable customer experiences. You are results-driven and excited by the challenge of innovating retail spaces. If you have a passion for both people and performance, coupled with a knack for out-of-the-box thinking, this may be the ideal role for you
