About the role
As the Influencer Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the influencer marketing strategy across assigned markets, working closely with your team. You will play an integral role in analyzing trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that campaigns deliver maximum impact. You will guide and support your team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and foster strong relationships to drive the growth of the brand. In this position you will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead the influencer marketing strategy across markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and industry insights to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring KPIs and performance metrics are met
- Provide strategic guidance on influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign activations
- Lead and inspire a high-performing influencer marketing team
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially Growth, to maximize synergies and optimize campaign impact
Your background
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing and who has some experience in team lead responsibilities or are excited to take the next step in your career and step into a team lead role. You should possess an analytical mindset, be capable of tracking KPIs, and measuring campaign success. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive business growth. You should bring passion, leadership, and creativity to every campaign you execute.
- At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Experience of leading a team or ready to coach and motive a team of influencer marketers
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and measuring campaign success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with key stakeholders
