We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for a Head of Logistics to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.
About the role
As the Head of Logistics, you will be the driving force in transforming how the logistic offer to our customers will be enhanced. Your focus will be on ensuring successful performance across the Nordic markets, leading a team of operationally and strategically oriented colleagues. This role encompasses both strategic and operational elements, requiring a hands-on approach to daily logistics management.
Responsibilities includes
- Ownership of developing our FBC strategy, and executing go-to-market tactics and activities, ensure they meet set objectives
- Ensure that we offer a fulfilment service that serves our merchants with a fast and reliable option for their logistics needs, including responsibility for our warehouse partner
- Drive development and secure the right prerequisites for a highly satisfied delivery experience for our customers across the Nordic markets for CDON and Fyndiq
- Ensure that our Merchants deliver their orders in a timely manner and with high customer satisfaction
- Support our merchants with information, data and guidance to continuously improve their performance
- Analysing logistical data to continuously optimise and improve our efforts, and reporting results to the management team and the company
- Create an organisational setup to best match the competence, requirements and workflows needed to succeed with our strategy
- Lead and coach your team to create a culture with a strong passion and a focus on customer engagement
Qualifications and requirements
- Proven experience in logistics leadership, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Strong operational and strategic skills with the ability to manage both daily operations and long-term strategic planning
- Comfortable with switching between planning and detail focused execution and validation, in a fast-moving environment
- Proven record of leading B2C team, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching abilities to foster collaboration, and empower team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and lead with data-driven decisions
- A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
- University degree in business, management, logistics, or related field
