About the role
ICANIWILL is looking for a driven and creative individual to take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing impactful events that strengthen the brand and engage our community. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering event strategies across focus markets, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for participants. From concept development to execution and follow-up, you will manage the entire event lifecycle, aligning initiatives with the company’s overall marketing and community-building efforts.
Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of each event. Tracking and evaluating performance will be key to refining future initiatives and ensuring continued growth. By fostering an engaged and loyal community, you will help ICANIWILL enhance its presence and create strong brand advocates.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and community initiatives across our focus markets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Lead event strategies from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality experiences that align with our brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate events seamlessly within broader marketing initiatives
- Engage and grow our community through interactive and inspiring events
- Identify opportunities for innovative event formats and experiences that resonate with our audience
- Track and evaluate event performance to drive continuous improvement and optimize future activities
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment
Your background
With extensive experience in event management and community engagement, you bring a strategic mindset and strong project management skills to every initiative. You thrive in dynamic environments, where you can drive projects forward and create unforgettable experiences that strengthen brand loyalty. Passionate about fostering connections, you understand how to build an engaged and active community through events and activations.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Event & Community management
- Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and digital platforms
- A self-starter mindset, proactively identifying new opportunities and solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “can-do” attitude
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
