About the roleAs a Senior Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in optimizing their marketing investments and driving digital growth. You will lead exciting projects from idea to execution and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their business goals are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Optimization, analysis & reporting
- Conduct in-depth analyses of channels and markets to optimize marketing efforts
- Support A/B testing and evaluate the results
- Build insightful dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to track performance and identify trends
- Project management
- Take ownership of projects and drive them in collaboration with partners, from concept to implementation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with their business objectives and deliverables
Your Background
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio
- Positive mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Excellent collaboration skills across teams and functions
