Hi
We registered for payson in our webshop (Zencart) 2 weeks ago and tried to see if it would work and we received error messages. We contacted Payson support and they said they will look into it. We have rung them several times during these two weeks to ask how it is going and they just say they are looking into it. We wonder if anyone else had a problem like this with Payson??

The day after we posted this message we got response from pason! We have of as of this hour and day managed to get payson to work via a trial payment.
For anyone who is planning to use Payson in the future, we think you should allowat least 2 weeks of nothing except we are working on it messages before they actually help you get started. It is a shame they say fill out the information and start immediately, when their support is so slow. We hope things work better from today onwards!
