About the role
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind the brand’s social channels, turning ideas into eye-catching content that captivates and inspires. A key player in the Marketing Team, you’ll have full creative ownership—shaping the digital presence, driving engagement, and growing the community. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll ensure the social media strategy stays fresh, bold, and always ahead of the curve.
- Lead and implement an effective social media strategy across key digital platforms.
- Plan, publish, and analyze content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and maintain a well-structured content calendar.
- Track key metrics and optimize content based on data insights.
- Always stay ahead of social trends to keep Maya Delorez at the forefront.
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Proven ability to manage and grow social media platforms.
- English is required and Swedish is a plus.
- Passion for social media and keeping up with industry trends.
- Strong visual and creative skills with an analytical mindset.
- Highly structured with a results-driven attitude.
- Experience or interest in equestrian sports is a great advantage.
- Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other editing tools.

Placement
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stockholm, with the possibility of working from Maya Delorez HQ in Uppsala one day a week. The position is available to start as soon as possible.
